If you are an individual that has excellent communication skills, organizational, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail this posting is for you! We are looking to connect with candidates available to work in Toronto, North York and Mississauga. You must be open to contract and available to start work immediately!

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What you’ll be doing:
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting from initial in-take and job posting to resume reviews all the way through to the final on-site interview and onboarding
• Pre-screen candidates for their technical & behavioral skills and conduct reference checks
• HR administrative tasks (complete reference checks, criminal checks, process employee ID cards)
• Maintaining, recording and updating employee files in the system

Do you have the right qualifications?
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Fast learner
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with external organizations & candidates
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of the Telecommunications industry would be considered an asset
