Our client in the Insurance Industry is looking for a Knowledge Management Analyst on a 4-month assignment with strong potential of extension in their Downtown Toronto location. The successful candidates will work full-time hours, begin ASAP, and be paid a rate of $17.86 per hour!

This position is for an entry-level data analyst who will analyze information in group benefits documentation and input applicable data into our national database.

• Analyzes group benefits documentation from various sources to identify key plan design information (e.g. Life, Health, Dental and Disability insurance) needed to effectively maintain/populate proprietary systems
• Audit updates for accuracy.
• Prepare renewal files for Client Executives 90+ days prior to renewal.
• Maintain proper records for reporting and audit purposes.
• Interact with team members to verify and to clarify data.
• Generate outputs, including client deliverables, from proprietary systems.
• Assist with managing shared mailboxes

• Work for a well-recognized organization
• Pay rate: $17.86 per hour
• Downtown Toronto Location
• ASAP start (4-month contract with potential for extension)

• Post secondary education or equivalent work experience (preferably with an insurance, financial services or professional services company).
• Good computer skills with proficiency in email, word processing and spreadsheet software, as well as a working knowledge of presentation software.
• Strong attention to details and ability follow process
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Results oriented with a strong client service focus.
• Ability to work independently and within a team-based environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
