what you will do

• connect with clients in person, via email, and over the phone
• review, draft, and update franchise agreements and supporting documents
• manage franchise transfers and wholesales
• assisted with all transactional aspects of a franchise practice group

what you need to be successful

• minimum of 3 years experience in corporate law
• ideally direct experience in franchise law, but not mandatory
• contract management experience a definite asset
• strong experience with Microsoft Office
• strong attention to detail
• great judgment
• a track record of providing excellent client service
