Are you a commercial real estate law clerk with at least 5 years' experience? Do you have experience with title searches, and other due diligence searches? Are experienced in coordinating with various municipal offices? Have you processed charges/mortgage discharges, construction liens, and lease changes? Do you have strong drafting experience for correspondence, and reports? Do you have experience carrying a file from opening to closing? Would you like to work for one of Canada's Top-100 employers? you will...

• prepare and review lease agreements,
• draft and coordinate documents (easements, notices, closings, discharges)
• complete title/off-title searches
• draft correspondence to clients, purchasers, and financial institutions
• track and manage all closing time lines
• be a key member in closing proceedings

you have...

• experience in Conveyancer, Teraview, and Microsoft Word & Outlook
• a Law Clerk diploma
• strong knowledge of the real estate practice guidelines
• strong experience with real property law (regulations, procedures, statutes)
• at least 5 years' experience as Real Estate law clerk
