You are at the top of your game! You bring care, consideration, and detail to all interactions with clients. You are an experienced Estates Law Clerk with over 3+ years' experience in Estate Planning, and Administration. You can keep track of multiple clients and competing priorities with ease. what you will do

• draft wills, trusts and other estates-related documents
• prepare accounts
• manage correspondence with various financial regulators
• prepare applications
• manage court dates
• assist in the litigation process
• manage the Wills Vault
• regular interaction with clients
• provide a high level of service to some of Toronto's top tier families

what you need to be successful

• 3+ years of experience in estates planning, administration and litigation
• experience working with Estate-a-Base, and Emergent are strong assets
• docketing of hours experience a must
• ability to work well under tight deadlines
• experience with simple accounting practices and exposure to working with financial regulators
