Do you consider yourself the King or Queen of regulatory, municipal, or expropriation law? Are you a law clerk with a minimum of 5 years experience supporting a practice that consults in the expropriation process? Are you a law clerk that likes knowing people are getting fair market value for their property? Do you consider yourself a good citizen and love seeing cities, towns, expand parks, transit infrastructure, and public use spaces? Do you work well in a team and are great at finding everything on a property in PPSA, and title searches? Do you have experience with OMB/LPAT and know the ins and outs of the processes? Are you in a firm, or perhaps working for one of the large title insurance companies? If you answered yes to most of these questions, then we want to meet with you.

who you are:

• 5 years experience in environmental, municipal, expropriation, regulatory law
