• $91,000 to $120,000 base salary ($70,000 to $80,000 if you are breaking in to a law clerk position)

what you bring to the table

• 5+ years experience as a Securities Law Clerk, or 7+ years as a Securities Legal Assistant
• high energy with a desire to perform at your best
• strong client relations, follow up skills, and attention to detail
• experience in securities filing, minute book filing, drafting annual/special meeting materials, experience with prospectus offering, and private-placement financing
• positive attitude
