Do you have previous experience in the legal field? Have you previously been responsible for reviewing and interpreting legal contracts? If so, we may have an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Law Contracts Coordinator to work a 3 month assignment in our clients North York Office.

As a Law Contracts Coordinator, you will work full time hours and earn a competitive rate of up to $28 per hour, and be responsible for supporting commercial contracting needs across the organization, including but not limited to the following:

• Management and administration of the CMS and supporting business processes
• Administration of contracts through electronic signature tool
• Conduct monthly reporting in support of contract compliance
• Ensure timely communication on the status of work in progress
• Act as a first point of contact for internal client inquiries regarding contracts and applicable company policies and systems
• May involve drafting, reviewing and editing to simple commercial contracts

• Gain experience working for a leading Oil and Gas organization
• Work full time hours on a 3 month assignment
• Earn a competitive rate of up to $28 per hour
• North York ON location

• 2 to 3 years of progressive contract management or contract administration experience
• Strong process management skills
• Proficient with MS Office, experience with contract management systems, and able to learn other systems/programs independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact professionally with internal clients, external suppliers, and senior management.
• Legal background (paralegal or law clerk) would be a definite asset
