Our renowned home maintenance client of ours is looking for landscapers and Lawn Technicians to join their growing team!

This is a contract position with a strong chance of going permanent. If you're looking for a new opportunity with a company that offers room for growth and development, then this is the opportunity for you!

You'd be working Monday to Friday from 7:00AM to 5:00PM with a full hour lunch break. The workplace is bus accessible and there is also free on site parking. This opportunity offers a competitive hourly wage of $15-$16/hr.

Job duties for Landscapers include, but are not limited to:

- assist in construction or demolishing of different structures,
- load and unload structure materials and move materials in work areas
- dig trenches and place pipes or cables for drains and extra services.
- cleanup and manage professional work sites.
- help in excavation and base preparation.
- understand and execute grading principles.
- size, cut, and lay pavers.
- help with carpentry work.
- install garden beds, sod, riverwash, and plantings.
- take direction and perform other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.

Lawn Technician Duties include, but are not limited to:

- operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
- clean up and collection of plant/leaf debris and litter.
- apply granular fertilizers.
- Good oral communication skills.
- A full G driver's license with a clear driving abstract is a necessity.

Qualifications
Looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months labour experience. Having relative lawn maintenance experience is an asset. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for a prolonged amount of time. Looking for candidates who are reliable, attentive, and follow directions well.

A full G driver's license with a clear driving abstract is a necessity.
