Our client, a top 5 bank is looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant for a 12 month contract in Downtown Toronto.
The Legal Administrative Assistant will be working with a group that manages all legal compliance work for the bank.

Start date: ASAP
Hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm
Pay rate: $19.50/hr

Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative, initiative and operational support
- Maintaining, developing and enhancing operational processes
- Providing specialized support
- Developing management reporting and training
- Document management and filing
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Managing legal matters as well as expense or finance related work
- 80% email communication and 20% phone and in person communication

- 0-2 years experience within legal field
- 2 years administrative support experience
- Ability to work with various systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Available to work in Toronto
