Do you have at least 3 years' experience as a legal assistant in a Intellectual Property (IP)? Are you strong on the time lines for patent submissions and patent litigation? what you will do:

• prepare and revise correspondence, agreements and other documents
• support 1-2 Lawyers and manage strict time lines
• take instructions, prioritize incoming work, follow through on assignments and manage ongoing tasks
• work with clients, courts and patent offices
• open and close files
• undertake additional responsibilities as required within the team
• other duties as assigned

who you are:

• minimum 3 years of experience in Intellectual Property Law
• strong experience working with Patents
• some experience in Trademarks but Patents is the focus
• excellent proofreading skills
• great personality accustomed to working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
