what you get

• $50,000 to $60,000 for the year
• 10% bonus upon completion of contract
• 3 weeks vacation or 6% vacation pay in lieu

what you will do

• coordinate the completion of leasing documents
• review documents for errors or omissions
• maintain precedence database and lease database
• look at existing precedence and suggest clause changes/additions
• review red lined documents from opposing and outside counsel
• manage/develop relationship with outside counsel and tenants
• work in a fast-paced team environment

who you are

• 3 years experience as a law clerk/paralegal/legal assistant
• ideally experience in commercial real estate
• strong attention to detail
• positive attitude and great energy
• willingness to work hard
• focused on the long term
