what you will do

• calendar management (manage a tickler system as well)
• expenses and travel
• document management and keeping files current
• assist a busy partner's insurance advisory practice (70% of files)
• assist with managing the client relationship and following billing policies to the letter
• assist associates as necessary

what you need to be successful

• 3 years experience minimum in Civil Litigation is a must have
• strong attention to detail
• personable to help lawyer manage client relationships
• willing to put in extra time as needed for special projects (every few months)
• flexible personality
• strong MS Office skills
• strong judgment
• you don't take things personally (water off a duck's back!)
• experience with TyMetrix an asset but not a requirement
