Position: Legal Assistant (replacement maternity leave)
Location: Ville Saint Laurent
Salary:40k-55k

Would you like to work at the head office of a reputable business in the industrial field in Ville St-Laurent? Do you have experience in writing and preparing legal documents?

If you recognize yourself, we are looking for a legal assistant for a maternity leave replacement to start very quickly.

Post Information:
-Temporary position 1 year
-Salary from $40000 to $55000
-Parking available
-Dynamic environment

Main responsibilities:
-Perform common paralegal tasks
-Supervise and coordinate follow-up schedule
-Prepare and draft legal documents
-Manage the registers and books of fence for Enterprise and its subsidiaries (management registration in the Register of companies)
-Summarize legal information
-Provide legal and administrative support
-act as an intermediary between lawyers, members of the service and internal/external groups and take appropriate measures
-Help in policy management-coordinating insurance renewals
-Prepare the required data for auditors

Requirements of the position:
-Perfectly Bilingual in English and French, both oral and written
-Legal Technique or equivalent
- 3-4 years experience in a similar function-legal experience or legal assistant
