Are you available the week of September 17th for a 1 week legal assistant assignment? Do you have experience with transcription, preparing dockets, and legal filing? Are you looking to gain experience at one of Toronto's longest standing firms? Do you bring a great attitude and strong experience working in a legal environment? Come explore a great firm and meet some new people!

what you get:

• $18-$23/hr (commensurate to experience)
• 1 week of solid work (37.5 hours)
• exposure to a great firm
• think of it as a 1-week long interview - you never know what can happen!
• work in a busy practice with a reputable team

what you will do:

• take dictation
• calendar management
• filing/copying/scanning
• interacting with clients and outside parties
• organizing courier

who you are:

• open to short term opportunity that could lead to something long term
• 2+ years experience
• fast typing skills (60 wpm or more)
• strong understanding of Microsoft Office
• attention to detail
• positive attitude
