We are hiring full-time and part-time Live Chat Representatives to join a well-known and reputable telecommunication company located conveniently in downtown Vancouver,BC. Starting on September 24th, 2018. In this role, you will be supporting customers with various telecommunication products and services via Live Chat.


You are:

Empathetic - you are someone who has the ability to connect with customers through written communication

Outgoing - you are socially confident and friendly

Genuine - you are able to relate and be authentic with customers


As a Live Chat Representative you will:
- Answer online chats and emails in a Call Centre environment
- Provide professional and knowledgeable service to customers
- Handle escalated situations
- Assess new and existing customers needs to seek out sales opportunities

Qualifications
- Customer Service experience is required
- Previous Call Centre, Live Chat or Sales experience is an asset
- Ability to build rapport with customers through written communication
- Motivated and driven to succeed
- Excellent written communication skills
** Position is dependent upon a Clear Criminal Back Check **

Pay Rate:
- $13.85 - $16.27/hour (dependent on experience) for the first 90 days then a guaranteed 9% hourly wage increase after 90 days
- Monthly commission

Hours of Operation:
- The Live Chat Call Centre department is open Monday - Sunday, candidates must be available for variable shifts between the hours of 7:00AM - 10:00PM (rotational shifts)
- Full time hours (40 hours weekly)
- Part time hours (20 - 40 hours weekly)

** Mandatory full time training starting September 24th, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm **
