Our client, one of the Top 5 Banks, is looking for a Loan Processor for a 6-month contract in Toronto!

Pay rate: $17/hr
Hours:
Rotational Shifts:
Monday to Friday, shifts from 7:30AM - 12 midnight, rotational Saturdays, Statutory Holidays

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Gathering information and take each file from pre-approval to closing.
-Verifying loan documents including income credit appraisal and title insurance.
-Collecting required documentation, review file documentation, and make sure all items needed are requested.
-Ensuring that all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and complies with company policy.
-Establishing, maintain, and update files, databases, records, and other documents for recurring internal reports.
-Acting as a liaison between the borrower, underwriter, loan originator and lender.
-Contacting and communicating with clients by telephone, e-mail, or in-person.

Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
1.) Attention to detail, highly organized, time management, sense of urgency
2.) Strong communication skills
3.)1 year of previous data entry experiences
4.)1 year of previous clerical/admin experience within a corp. environment
5.) Team Player & Time management skills

1.) Strong time management skills
