Are you an experienced Machine Operator that lives in the Cambridge area, OR, are you someone who would like to try out manufacturing? We have immediate openings for junior to experienced Machine Operators on a temporary to hire basis. This role is focused on quality of workmanship.

What will you be doing as a Machine Operator?

- running a machine
- working towards a collective target
- checking for quality
- performing 5S activities
- following Health & Safety guidelines to work in a safe manner
- completing inventory checks/counts

- temporary to hire opening after 3 months
- $15.26 hourly on day shift,
- great for anyone who is looking to try out working in a manufacturing environment
- shifts are days: 6am-2pm,
- multiple openings - you can refer a friend or family member to work there as well, and get paid for your referral!
- weekly pay
- overtime paid after 40 hours a week
- receive a referral bonus for any friends or family members once they have worked 2 weeks

- high school diploma or GED
- can read & write in English
- basic math skills
- able to work overtime as required
- previous experience with precision measuring equipment is an asset
- previous manufacturing experience an asset
- able to work in a repetitive nature with no concerns
- able to lift up to 30 lbs, but no more than 5lbs repetitively
- keen eye for detail
- strong attendance * this will be a requirement for full time hiring
