Are you seeking a long term position with a reputable company? Do you have experience in manufacturing environment and experience in machine operation? Our Mississauga client is seeking to hire.

MAIN INTERSECTION: Derry & Goreway (Etobicoke)

Hours/Shift: 3 shifts
- Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00 pm
- Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00 pm
- Monday - Friday 11:00pm - 7:00 am

Pay: $15-18/hr

- Machine operation, turning plastic resins into ethylene tubing
- Quality check - measure gerth, circumference of product, adjust pressure of the machine
- Genral Labour, wrapping of polyethylene tubing for shipment
- Responsible for minor troubleshooting of machine
- Follow all company safe lifting and transporting rules
- Represent Attwell in a positive and professional manner
- Be able to handle Multitask

Environment: small shop, older machines and a bit dusty as well. On the road as well

Personality of the candidate: Initiative, cares about the business, products and his role. Should be flexible with time and not a clock watcher. Takes accountability of what they do and what their responsibility should be. Listens actively as well.

Advancements: Can advance into team lead position

Culture of company: Friendly, talks with each other, open door policy but very results driven.

Weight needed to lift: up to 50lbs.

Equipment: Industrial sized machines. Able to QC and troubleshoot
