We are looking for a self motivated person to work for a local Guelph company on an extrusion machine.

The duties of the position:

* Setup extrusion machines and perform startup.
* Quality control and safety checklists.
* Once the machine(s) are operating in the morning, assist with packaging of finished product, shipping, and/or other duties as required.
* Forklift experience, no license required but an asset
* Day / Afternoon rotating shifts - 2 weeks afternoons than rotates to 4 weeks days

* Working for a family owned and operated growing Guelph company
* Weekly pay
* Room for growth
* Eligible for Randstad benefits program
* $16 on day shift $17 hourly on afternoons with performance review
* Permanent direct hire - no temporary time

Previous plastic extrusion is nice but not an asset
Team player as you will be assuming many roles
Industrial manufacturing experience is mandatory
First Aid certified - not mandatory
