Are you looking to work in an environment where there is an opportunity for long term career growth? Do you have experience as a lead hand or supervisor in a machining environment? Machining experience is ideal for this role, but strong leadership capabilities are essential.
This role will have you supervising a group of ten to fifteen individuals on the night shift as you work collectively with your team to produce high quality workmanship while still having fun!

In this role you will be:

- controlling flow of work
- working with a team of 10-15 cnc machinists/cnc operators
- controlling quality of work
- working from blueprints

- night shift continental (every other weekend is a long weekend, who doesn't want that!)
- registered retirement savings plan matching (RRSP)
- quarterly profit sharing
- OT after 42 hours in a week
- $25-27 PLUS shift premiums
- tuition reimbursement program
- deferred profit sharing program (DPSP) matching
- company paid benefits

- ideally will have experience in a machining environment
- experience working in a lean manufacturing environment
- able to handle competing priorities with ease
- previous quality inspection experience is ideal
- able to read and interpret blueprints is ideal
- able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and have strong conflict resolution skills
