If so we have an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Mail Room Clerk to support a team in our global corporate in Mississauga. If hired you will work full-time hours on 2-month assignment, be paid $14.00 per hour, and be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities for customers, including the following:

• Liaison with clients advising on available services and resolve customer issues
• Prepare charge-back reporting for postage, courier, etc.
• Use of software to update or maintain mailing addresses. Provide mailing address clean-up (may include use of mail cleansing software) Mail Insertion
• Set up and operate high level mail equipment such as: mail inserters, sorters and finishing equipment in an automated high speed / high volume environment Forklift
• Perform basic digital print production and printing equipment care
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

• Work full-time business hours on a 2-month assignment

• Experience in printing or administration as an asset but not required
• Proven ability to work under pressure handling multiple tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities
• Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Computer skills (Excel, Access Word)
• High school education or above
• Ability to lift over 25 lbs
