If so we have an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Print Production and Customer Service Associate to support a team in our global corporate in Oakville. If hired you will work full-time hours on 10-month assignment, be paid $16 per hour, and be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities for customers, including the following:

* Lifting, mail sorting, bindery work and some production backfill
* Ensure customer issues and escalations are resolved or further escalated as appropriate
* Coordinate the print job intake process, prioritizing and assigning jobs Print Production

* Complete and maintain all logs and reports including month-end reports
* Order and replenish consumables, forms inventory and other supplies items as required

Qualifications
• High School Education and Above

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong Organization and attention to detail
