Maintenance Lead
Are you a Maintenance Supervisor with experience with industrial equipment? This role is for you! We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team in Dundas.
As a Maintenance Supervisor / Lead you will be responsible for:
• Create and maintain a maintenance schedule for all equipment in the facility
• You will partner with the Production Manager to strive for success
• Coordinate any outsourcing requirements of maintenance work with the Production Manager
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure maintenance of all areas of the facility
• Support operations goals of the organization
• this is a very hands on position where you will participate in repair activities
• Maintain and repair equipment in plant
• You will liaise with and supervise outsourced services such as electricians and plumbing etc

As a qualified Maintenance Lead, you meet the following qualifications:
• Possess a strong knowledge of welding, fabricating, pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical troubleshooting
• Previous experience scheduling preventative maintenance
• Previous experience establishing a Maintenance Library with equipment manuals outlining maintenance schedules and functional capabilities
• Proven track record maintaining and enhancing equipment to meet quality expectations
