Are you a maintenance mechanic who enjoys problem-solving and working independently? Are you an innovative thinker and able to make critical conditions based on your mechanical and electrical knowledge? We have a great exciting and challenging opportunity for a maintenance mechanic with electrical knowledge to work as with a huge manufacturing company located in Burnaby BC.

- Provide preventative and predictive maintenance services to a variety of industrial and manufacturing machines
- Maintain, service and repair manufacturing machines/equipment
- Troubleshooting, repair, installation and assembly of industrial machines
- Replacing mechanical parts
- Comply with all company Safety procedures and policies, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- 2-3 years experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machines
- Electrical knowledge is an asset
- Millwright or Mechanic license is considered an asset
- Experience with the setup and operation of machines
- Knowledge of PLC, servo motors, and drives
- knowledge of machine shop equipment: lathe, milling machine, surface grinders, Preventative Maintenance programs and scheduling.
- Safety orientated, familiar with PPE, safety policies and procedures
