Randstad Engineering is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Planner for our client, a global upstream company. This is a field based contract position located in Alberta.

Job Description:

Lead the validation of equipment lists and equipment data for all well pads.
Ensure equipment lists handed over from projects are complete and accurate. Collect any additional equipment data required as part of the CMMS load template requirements.
Participate in the development of maintenance plans for wells and facilities under companie's operational control. Participate in equipment reliability risk assessments Responsible for the preparation, maintaining, and training of required maintenance work instructions. Identify resources and spare parts requirements to complete maintenance.
Develop SME level capability on the CMMS. Responsible for setting up individual and group work orders in the most efficient manner. Develop short term and long term maintenance schedules. Responsible for development of detailed planning and scheduling requirements of maintenance tasks. Development of work priorities with contracted service providers and operations personnel. Complete routine QA/QC on completed work orders.
Responsible for the development and training of key maintenance workflows (Work Order Management, Planning and Scheduling, Inspection, Testing and Preventative Maintenance Inventory; Spare Parts Management, Operator Routine Duties, Worst Actor resolution.)
Facilitates daily and monthly planning/prioritization meetings, leads efforts to reduce lead time. Coordinates with the various cross functional interfaces construction, operations, HSE, etc. Seek continuing business and work process improvement opportunities and support implementation of improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements:
Must have Primavera P6 experience
5-10 years Experience working in a maintenance planner position with an owner/operator environment
