Randstad Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a commercial cleaning company in Winnipeg!

We are looking for a reliable professional to ensure that the company’s client facilities are cleaned in order to meet and exceed expectations.

To be considered or this opportunity, you must have previous experience in Commercial Cleaning or Facilities Maintenance Management.

Job Description:
- Perform inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues, and to monitor client satisfaction and service level delivery
- Provides support and advice to the cleaning staff
- Completes performance reviews of cleaning staff and addresses any areas that require corrective action
- Identified and implements strategies to improve efficiencies
- Coordinates and allocates workload of cleaning staff
- Manage relationships between contracts (the Client) and service providers
- Provides cleaning staff with required training including product knowledge, OHS, and WHMIS
- Create and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future cleaning staff, to ensure a smooth transition and consistent client service delivery

- Permanent position with a great company
- $45,000-$60,000/yr dependent on skills and experience
- Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, is the typical week but evenings and weekends will be required

- 2 weeks vacation
- Bonus structure based on personal and company performance
- Company vehicle, cell phone and laptop provided

- Completed College diploma in administration
- 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in commercial cleaning, or facilities management (housekeeping)
- Autonomous, and able to work effectively with clients, contractors and cleaning staff
- A willingness to coach, mentor and lead a team with an emphasis on communication
- Valid Driver’s License is required as some travel is necessary

Flexibility to work irregular hours, on occasion – this is not a traditional 9-to-5 role.
