Are you an Operations Manager looking for a new challenge? This role is for you! We are looking for an Operations Manager to effectively manage a large facility in the K-W region.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

-Managing the effective operation of the facility by directing a well qualified team
-Coordinate the activities of internal staff and services provided by external resources such as architects, consultants and contractors to ensure budget is met
-Develop annual operating budget
-Ensure preventative maintenance requirements for all mechanical and electrical systems and equipment is up to date and documented
-Health and Safety Compliance monthly, quarterly and annually
-Green Sustainability Program
-General knowledge of Environmental Hazards and LEEDS initiative

As a qualified Operations Manager, you meet the following qualifications:

-B.Eng preferred
-CFM (Certified Facilities Manager) certification an asset
-Building Environment Systems I
-5-10 years management experience
-Excellent knowledge of building automation system (Johnson Controls)
-Knowledge of general maintenance procedures, HVAC, electrical/mechanical systems
-Advanced knowledge of budgeting and management principles
-Health and Safety Compliance experience
