We are looking for a Shop Manager for Canada's leading signage and visual communications company, here in Victoria, BC. If you have signage experience, an eye for detail, and know how to get the best out of a team, this could be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

* Working directly with clients you will complete site checks and provide estimates for work.
* You will facilitate daily production meetings with staff to review work and ensure deadlines will be met.
* You will oversee schedules and work flow between the sales and production staff.
* You will ensure that all inventory is sufficiently stocked and manage the purchasing process.
* You will go to client sites and ensure the installation is completed if required.

Qualifications
* You will have strong attention to detail, an ability to work on multiple projects at one time while still meeting deadlines.
* You will be resourceful and utilize all resources available.
* You will have customer service experience and have the ability to work under pressure while still maintaining your professionalism.
* You will have experience managing personnel issues - dealing with conflicts, creating resolutions, and always dealing with issues using clear, professional communication.
* You will ideally have 5+ years of experience in a sign shop.
**You must have a drivers licence.
