We are hiring for a licensed Red Seal Millwright to work in one of the biggest drywall manufacturing companies located in Mississauga. This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering amazing pay and excellent benefits.

Millwright Job Description:
• Performing preventative maintenance work and repairs to machinery and plant equipment/systems
• Repairing and replacing parts for machinery efficiency
• Carrying out preventative maintenance on all machinery
• Welding and fabrication duties involved
• Responsible for machinery breakdowns
• Assembling and installing machinery and equipment daily.
• Focus on continuous improvement to improve efficiency.
• Conducting alignments, coupling on pumps and various mechanical equipment
• Troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment in breakdown situations
• Rigging and hoisting for machinery maintenance

• Must hold a 433A Red Seal licensed
• 5 years experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Must be flexible to work all shifts and long hours
• Experience with CMMS systems is needed (proficient computer skills)
• Must be able to operate forklifts and aerial lifts
• Experience with welding, fabrication and machining
• Must have own tools
• Proven ability to perform troubleshooting and maintenance skills on industrial machinery and equipment/systems
• Required to work in confined spaces and working with heights
