Are you looking for a new opportunity as a Millwright in Cambridge? Are you a self starter that likes to take initiative and have your ideas taken in to consideration? Our client, local to Cambridge is looking for a strong Millwright to join their existing, tenured team.

In this role you will be:

- trying what you know before being told what to do!
- following strict H&S procedures
- performing preventative maintenance tasks
- performing basic electrical troubleshooting
- working with hydraulics and pneumatics on a daily basis
- working with large hand tools
- working on continuous improvement initiatives
- working with a tenured group of employees

- $30-33 hourly
- rotating shift between days and afternoons, M-F
- pension plan
- benefits start after 5-6 weeks, all employer paid
- 3 weeks vacation after 3 years instead of 5!

- must have 433A
- experience in a metal manufacturing environment is ideal, but not required
- no recent charges (relatively clean criminal background check)
- basic electrical troubleshooting experience
- able to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- must be very safety conscious
- able to lift up to 60 lbs
- MIG welding is required to help fabricate parts
- able to work under pressure
- strong communication skills
