Randstad is currently hiring a highly motivated and skilled Millwright. We are looking for an Millwright that is not afraid to take on a challenge, has a positive team attitude and a good understanding of tight deadlines. Main Responsibilities & Activities:
- Responsible for set, changeover, repair and maintaining packaging equipment
- Perform routine maintenance or production equipment and auxiliary equipment
- Responsible for calibrating and checking instruments
- Respond immediately to emergency situations
- Use machine shop equipment (grinders, drills, mechanical saws, etc)

Qualifications
- 3 or more years experience as a Millwright in a manufacturing setting
- Must have a valid Millwright Mechanic license
- Previous hands on troubleshooting and maintenance experience with PLC controlled equipment
- Excellent understanding of Safety in an industrial environment
- Previous experience with operating and maintaining an ammonia refrigeration plant an asset
- Strong electro-mechanical aptitude; hydraulics, pneumatics, electric motors, root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (will be working with all types of people)
