Are you looking for a permanent part-time position in the health and wellness industry? Are you looking for a position in Scarborough that is easily accessible by TTC? Do you have experience working as a receptionist or office administrator in a small office? If so, continue reading. This might be the position you have been waiting for.

This is a great position if you are still in school or want to do courses part-time or maybe have kids to take care of or drop off and pick from school as it is only 4 days a week and starts at 9 am and work ends at 3:30 pm. The office is located at Ellesmere and McCowan in Scarborough.

As it is a small office environment, you are expected to wear multiple hats and need to be extremely organized as it is not only your job to keep the office organized but also to keep other people in the office organized.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Answering phones
- Managing the office calendar
- Some light bookkeeping duties (full training will be provided)
- Customer service
- Filing documents
- Signing in guests coming into the office
