Our client is looking for an Office Administrator who has experience in IT Support.

Requirements Include:
1) Provide level 1 helpdesk support and resolve problems to end user satisfaction
2) Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to queue and process requests related to Calgary, based on priority and urgency
3) Provide IT support services to end users, including onboarding orientation for new employees
4) Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software using standard images or stand-alone
5) Coordinate 3rd party maintenance on printers, copiers and fax machines
6) Participate in weekly IT meetings
7) Maintain inventory of equipment, software licenses
8) Do special operations as necessary, e.g. special backups
9) Providing general office administration duties (event management, calendar management, etc)
