Are you looking for an office clerk position in one of the largest banks in Montreal? Are you bilingual and have experience in administration ou customer service?

We have an position that would be perfect for you!

The main tasks of the office clerk are:
- Communicate with the clients and employees concerning different subjects
- Answer both inbound and outbound calls
- Calculate and input data in the General Ledger, and correct them if required (utilizing Excel)
- Compilation of financial reports (debit and credit)
- Classifying documents
- Other related tasks

Additional detail:
Duration contract: 6 months contract
Salary is 18.90$ /hour
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:30
Location is in Place Ville-Marie (Downtown Montreal)

Qualifications
What are the requirements for the office clerk position ?
- At least two years of experience in administration and customer service
- Bilingualism - French and English
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Banking experience an asset
