Attention all administrative assistants! Are you currently looking to develop and take a next step in your administrative role? Then we would love to bring you in for an interview! Currently we are seeking a Junior Executive Assistant to join a growing company!
The successful candidate will be supporting calendar management for company executives as well as travel arrangement. This role will focus around completing reports, managing travel arrangements and other administrative duties.
We want junior, bright candidates who want to share their ideas to improve efficiencies!

Responsibilities
- Preparing a variety of documents such as emails, presentation and documents for internal communication
- Manage a complex calendar schedule and work with Internal and External stakeholders to coordinate meetings.
- You will be required to manage all corporate travel arrangements for directors- this would include negotiation of rates where possible
- Contribute on projects with your creative thinking and assisting the team with improving operations.

Qualifications
- Post-secondary education would be an asset in this role
- Experience with calendar management and supporting in an Executive Assistant capacity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organization skills as well as a high level of attention to detail.
- Problem solving to improve internal efficiencies
- Willingness to assist in administrative tasks of other departments
- Strong ability in Microsoft Office Suite
