Attention all Office Coordinator in the Hamilton and Stoney Creek area. We are currently looking for an Office administrator or Administrative Assistant for a Permanent opportunity in Hamilton. Do you enjoy proof reading, correspondence and assisting multiple departments as needed? Do you love to work hard/ play hard? If you enjoy going to work and hustling to give your best every day and have a good time with your coworkers doing it, then we have the perfect opportunity for you.

In this Office Coordinator role, your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
• Scheduling meetings in and out of the office
• Assisting in all aspects of admin in any department
• Customer service with clients as they call in (as needed)
• Proofreading documents
• Correspondence via email and phone
• Assisting in the health and safety department as needed
• All other duties as required

Qualifications
• Must have a minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Experience with social media and MS programs
• Must have own car as there will be some errands that need to be ran (Mileage paid)
