Are you currently seeking an opportunity in the administrative field? Have you worked as a junior special project coordinator in the past or think this might be something that you would be interested in? Then we would love to chat with you!

We are currently seeking someone who has a minimum of two years’ experience in the administrative field and who has strong communication skills and is very task oriented.


- Carrying out and managing special projects in a small team environment as well as individually
- Offering Administrative support for the corporate team which would include the President and CEO.
- Event and meeting planning at the corporate office and offsite at various locations
- The successful candidate will work with Franchisees on various projects and business activities to ensure a smooth execution.
- Supporting the overall company as well as office needs to ensure operational efficiencies.
- General Reception duties

- Excellent team environment that allows for growth and learning
- Free parking
- Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Two weeks’ vacation to start
- Benefits after 3 months
- Annual Salary of $40,000- $50,000

- A minimum of two years’ experience in Administrative type roles
- Strong organizational skill and proven experience in project management and project execution.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite software
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Reception experience is required
- Ability to work well with tight timelines and with urgency
- Self motivated
