What are the responsibilities for the office manager role in Montreal?

- Ensuring all visitors receive an exceptional experience, including on site and remote teams
- Provide administrative support to the team, such as expenses, calendaring, restaurant reservations, preparing and distributing schedules for team meetings, minutes and follow up to action plans
- Running errands - anything from getting lunches to office supplies
- Ensuring workspace is in good order, taking corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records and make recommendations to improve efficiencies for all administrative and operational processes
- Act as a key point of contact and an ambassador
- Work in collaboration with the other locations ensuring that all runs smoothly, is compliant and efficient.

Qualifications for the role:
- Drive, energy, organized, proactive, flexible, and initiative
- Dependable, savvy, self-aware and efficient.
- 3 + years of experience as office coordinator/team coordinator or team manager
- Excellent communication, good relationship builder
- Strong computer literacy (ideally using Google products such as Mail, Calendars, Sheets etc) with some experience of data entry
- Bilingual, French and English, written and spoken
- Nice to have a BA/BS Degree in any field
