We are looking for a hands-on administrative professional for an Office Manager for a capital markets communications company located in Downtown Toronto. In addition to the day-to-day office management tasks of this role, including creating and streamlining administrative and operational functions of the office, the successful candidate will also have some Executive Assistant responsibilities supporting a CFO as needed. Responsibilities in this capacity will include scheduling and calendar management, handling expenses, and handling internal and external communications.

This is an exciting opportunity as the role is new to this growing company. The successful candidate will have the ability to independently create and manage all administrative processes of the office and work closely with management.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

• 3-5 years previous office manager or senior administrative experience
• Proficiency across all Microsoft Office platforms
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• 10/10 written and verbal communication skills
