Our client, a membership organization is looking for an Office Manager to join their small team in Downtown Toronto!

Your main responsibilities include:
• Maintaining administrative and financial records
• Preparing meeting materials
• Travel arrangements and schedule management for the CEO
• Event planning
• Maintaining office equipment
• Liaising with volunteers and various stakeholders
• Dealing with members regarding their memberships

• Downtown location
• Permanent opportunity with benefits and vacation
• Dynamic environment
• Room for growth

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with Quickbooks is an asset
• 3-5 years of experience in an office setting
• Excellent organization skills
