Our client in the high end Real Estate space is looking for a rock-star Office Manager to support their team of Consultants and Sales Representatives.

THE DAY TO DAY DUTIES:

• Being the heart-beat of the office for both clients and staff
• Providing calendar management, travel arrangements and minute taking to consultants and representatives
• Dealing with incoming queries both through email and phone correspondence
• Helping arrange for catering and arrange for other office events when needed
• Following up on the logistics of listings
• Providing ad hoc admin support to update listings and property information
• Using the MLS portal to keep track of listing for representatives
• Preparing buying and selling documents for clients
• Ordering office supplies and assisting with keep the office well stocked at all times

Qualifications
MUST HAVES:

• 3-5 years of administrative experience
• Experience working in the real estate or property management realm
• Experience using a CRM platform
• Experience working on the MLS platform

NICE TO HAVES:

• PA experience
• Prior EA support experience
