We are looking for a Mailroom clerk, that is interested in working for a client in downtown Toronto!

The role includes some general labour of moving paper stock, changing the Dishwashers at the end of the night, mail delivery throughout 4 floors of the building.

The Assignment would be temporary, for about 3 weeks!
The shift is from 10 AM to 6 PM, $17/hr, Monday to Friday.

The role would include:

- This is an office support role; there are 200 people working and eating throughout the day. On a weekly basis, the person is to keep check of cutlery, cups etc. And keep them balanced between floors.

- Daily Dishwasher, have it all done set on before the person leave. When Mike is on vacation, may have more work in the morning. Emptying and restocking coffee machines.

- Cleaning supplies are balanced between floors, if supplies are missing from either floor, switching.

- Each floor has its own serving area. Each area has photocopying area with paper supplies. Supplies need to be checked on a daily basis. Supplies should be kept stocked up. Whiteboards wiped off.

- Meeting Room setup, taking down setups, mobile walls/dividers. May need set up the night before for meeting next day. Event and meeting clean up is also a responsibility.

- Daily shipments of paper; Freight elevator; usually two trips on a two-wheel cart to bring up supplies. Bulk recycling took down to shipping on a daily basis.
