job description

We are looking for a temporary person to work with our operations group for a period of 2-3 months. Start date ASAP, salary 16-18$/hre:

Administrative profile
Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to work in an ERP system
Good mastery of French or English, preferably both
Attention to detail
Works quickly, without compromising quality
Quick learner, good judgement

Main tasks:

- Print shop orders of ERP system
- Validate what has been shipped and what is still in production by comparing lists

7- COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED:
8- LANGUAGE SKILLS L’ENVIRONEMENT EST IL ANGLOPHE OU FRANCOPHONE? LES TÂCHES VONT ÊTRE EXÉCUTÉES DANS QU’ELLE LANGUE? % : 50/50- english and french is critical

10- EXPERIENCE ON RESUME THAT IS MANDITORY: 1 year experience in a similar role
11- SALARY AND BENEFITS VACATIONS:16$ an hour
12- DRESS CODE : trendy casual
13- WORK SCHEDULE :8:00 am to 5:0pm Monday to Friday - cannot be late - must come from the West Island
14- OVERTIME: none
15- DATE OF HIRE:immediately
16- INTERVIEW TIME AND PROCESS: 3 - first is a 5 minute telephone interview, followed by 1 face to face
