We are currently looking for an operations agent to work within the invoicing department for a big insurance company.

The main tasks of an operations agent in the invoicing department are:
• Provide support to brokers (technical and administrative support)
• Processing of invoices and related policy documentation
• Processing of fee transactions (and follow ups, if required)
• Ensure all data is entered correctly in the system
• Reporting of accounts receivable
• Be the first point of contact for the team (if escalation is needed)
• Other related tasks

- Downtown Montreal
- Between 19$ and 21$/hour
- Six month contract

• Degree in accounting or related experience
