what you will be doing

• create and maintain client requests via email, phone, or website forms
• reporting, processing and following up on promotional materials, and account changes
• lead on site operations booths
• work closely with the rest of the team to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
• train, monitor and supervise on site staff for professionalism and accuracy
• communicate accurately and professionally with clients through phone, email, and in person
• other duties as assigned by the department manager

do you have the right qualifications?

• 1-3 years of event, customer service, or operations experience in a process based environment
• task, process, and project based competencies
• exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• exceptional learning, cognitive, and people skills
• experience with on-site equipment setup considered a strong asset
• valid passport and ability to travel to Canada & US
• valid Ontario drivers license
• ability to self-motivate and thrive within a team environment
