One of our clients is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team who has a high level of leadership and is able to motivate and influence their team. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the production process in Automotive or Aerospace industry.

What you will be doing:

- Manage the operations around production, maintenance and logistics while working closely with the General Manager
- Manage the material and inventory along side production schedules
- Monitor KPI's and ensure targets are being met by the team
- Promote H & S, quality control and customer satisfaction
- Work through various continuous/lean improvement activities


What the client is looking for:

- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
- Previous experience working within a Automotive OR Aerospace
- Post-secondary education in Operations or Engineering
- Knowledge of ISO and lean process
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills required
