If you are answering yes, then we have the perfect role for you! Our client, a boutique strategy and public relations firm in Toronto is looking for a polished Operations Manager to join their team on contract for the next several months.

THE DAY to DAY DUTIES:

• Overseeing the Office Manager and Administrative team
• Supporting the CEO/Principal with candidate on boarding, orientation and coordination
• Helping with invoicing, pay rolling and PO generation
• Helping oversee the Event Planning
• Assisting with ad hoc HR functions, light recruitment, tracking vacation and sick days etc.
• Helping the Office Manager with ad hoc Administrative duties
• Helping managing vendors, liaising with IT support
• Assisting with proposal preparation and project roll-outs


Qualifications
MUST HAVES:

• Successful candidates will need to have past Office Management, Operations and/or Invoice processing experience
• Candidates will need to

• Previous HR Function experience
• Team Management experience
