Do you have 2 years of banking experience and intermediate Excel Skills? Do you have knowledge about Securities? If so we have an excellent opportunity for you!

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Officer II position for one of our clients in the banking industry. As an Operations Officer, you will support the Wealth department downtown Toronto office for a 12-month assignment earning a competitive rate of $17.34 /hr.

As an Operations Officer, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
-Maintaining and supporting processing requirements for RESP & RDSP
-Ensuring client and partner expectations are met in a timely manner
-Help with excess work load and Goveronement reporting

-Working for a top 5 bank with the possibility for extension and conversion
-Work on a 12-month assignment
-Earn a competitive pay rate of $17.34/hr

Must Haves:
- Excellent Typing/Data entry (speed and & accuracy)
- Strong mathematical, analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of Securities
-2 years of previous banking experiences
-2 years of Intermediate - Advanced Excel skills
-Communication Skills 5/5

Nice to have:
-Advanced excel
-customer service /call centre experience
