Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for an Operations Officer ll for a 6 month contract in Downtown Toronto! If you have banking/ finance experience and strong communication skills this may be the role for you!

Pay Rate: $18.00 /hr
Shift Hours: Mon- Fri 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

As an Operations Officer ll your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Updating internal systems by making outbound calls to financial institutions
- Follow up with client transfers in an accurate and timely manner
- Data entry
- Work closely on ISM, Electronic Imaging System and ticketing software
- Meet daily targets and ensure compliance

Qualifications
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- 5/5 verbal and written communication skills
- 2 years strong Microsoft Excel skills – intermediate
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- 2 years data entry

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- 2 years Call centre experience
- Previous wealth experience
- 2 years Previous experience with ISM, EIS, Ticketing
- Banking experience
